Regional Business Managers
We are currently recruiting for German Regional Business Managers.

Successful franchisees are fundamental to our success as a company.  We provide our franchisees with world-class training and support in order to ensure their success.  As a Regional Business Manager, delivering this training and support would be a major part of your role. 

On top of this training and support, you will be called upon to manage a team of franchisees, to motivate and coach them and to give them direction.  You will, both formally and informally, review their businesses with them and give them guidance on both where and how to take their businesses in the future.

So, not only will you be developing your own skills and experience – you will also be working with people who are building their own businesses and who are looking to you for guidance and support.  As you can imagine, this is a hugely motivating role, and we look for the highest calibre of recruits to fulfil this key position within the organisation.

We have been running the Autosmart RBM development programme for graduates for 4 years now, with great success.  Recruits from this programme have delivered great results, both for Autosmart and for their franchisees, following on from the training that they themselves have received.

Training and development of the graduate RBM is, as you would imagine, very important to Autosmart.  We provide you with training in all elements of sales and sales management – not just learning how to sell, but how to get the best out of a sales force and how to motivate, manage, coach and direct a sales team.

Graduate training in our RBM team has been incredibly successful and we now have 8 graduates in our team.  The team today includes British, Irish, Belgian, French, Dutch and German Regional Business Managers, bringing us a wealth of international experience and knowledge.
