Customer Services Ambassador

As a Customer Services ambassador you role will be very varied. From project support to franchisee support, no two days are ever the same.

Our Franchisees are constantly in need of further information and support, Customer services ambassadors are the first line in helping our Franchisees finding the answers to a wide range of queries.
As well as supporting the franchisees, Customer Service Ambassadors also carry out diverse projects on within all areas of the business for our directors and senior managers.

This role requires the ambassadors to gain a real in depth knowledge of all aspects of the Autosmart business and so the development programme includes a great grounding in lots of different business skills.

Having language skills is always an advantage for these positions.
