Customer Services Ambassador
German speaking Customer Service Ambassador

Due to recent expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Autosmart for a German speaking Customer Services Ambassador.

We’re looking for someone with charisma and excellent communication skills who excels at building positive, long-term business relationships.

As a Customer Services Ambassador you will provide fantastic first-line support for our international network of franchisees. You will use your passion for customer service and your talent for knowledge management to support this growing network. You will also be the dedicated Ambassador for our German franchisees.

This is not your average Customer Services job and it’s not a call centre position. You will be given a high level of responsibility from day one and will receive excellent, comprehensive training.

This role is ideal for Graduates (Language/Business related degrees) or Professionals who already have relevant career experience and are seeking their next challenge.

Due to the nature of the role we are looking for perfectly bilingual German/English speaking individuals. Knowledge of Dutch would be an advantage.
