SALES MANAGER - NETHERLANDS
Some sales managers spend most of their time at a desk, trying to make telephone appointments or selling over the phone.

A career in sales at Autosmart is very different. Our Sales Managers are freed from the confines of the office and from telephone selling. Instead they spend every day out and about in the field, helping our franchisees to make a success of their businesses. And it’s a very casual working environment, so suits and ties are out!

To support our European business we are seeking ambitious and motivated candidates, with some work experience to train as a Sales Manager.

Excellent Rewards
The role of Sales Manager is key to Autosmart’s future. You are a senior manager and have considerable responsibility in a very short time. The training we offer is second to none and is combined with a generous package from day one.
- OTE of £52,000 within 2 years
- Starting salary of £20,000 with quarterly salary review
- Basic salary £36,000 after 2 years training

You will want to spend up to 2 years training, living and working in the UK.  Then, returning to the Netherlands, you will be responsible for your own region, coaching new franchisees to fully develop their business.

To succeed you will
- Have some work experience in a sales related background or demonstrate a flair for sales
- Be an excellent coach and able to motivate others
- Be eager to develop and take on responsibility at a fast rate
- Enjoy being outdoors and working in a casual environment, rather than stuck in an office, as our Sales Managers are out and about every day
- Be practical and hands-on
- Have fluent written and spoken Dutch, as well as excellent English
